- Freshwater versus Riptide: Confirm the application in the listing. Terrova release handles vary by generation, and freshwater and Riptide support-arm assemblies have distinct part numbers.
- Freshwater Maxxum motor rest 2263916: Measures 23-5/16 inches long for the 42-inch-shaft Maxxum and Maxxum Pro applications specified in its listing.
- Freshwater Maxxum motor rest 2263918: Measures 28.5 inches long for the 52- or 62-inch-shaft Maxxum and Maxxum Pro applications specified in its listing.
- Saltwater motor rests: Use their separate compatibility requirements. Do not apply the freshwater Maxxum shaft-length rules to saltwater parts.
Brushed versus QUEST compatibility
